We take pride in the service we provide our tenants, some of our tenants have been with us for many years and we've watched them and their families grow. In some cases their children have now started to let property from us, so we are now letting to the 2nd generation.
We take property maintenance very seriously and aim to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Whilst respecting the privacy of our tenants by giving advanced notice of any need to enter our rented properties for either repair and/or inspection.
VP Lets is a long standing member of the Humber Landlords Association and we always ensure our lets meet the high standard of safety and service as set out in the associations code of practice
We treat everyone as we hope to be treated ourselves and expect all our tenants to be as respectful of us as we promise to be of you. This means looking after our property, behaving socially and not breaking our tenancy agreement.
